These Gender Equity Awards will work to inspire a groundswell of activity by acknowledging great ORGANISATIONS and INDIVIDUAL advocates. The sharing of their stories and best practices will give others a roadmap and the incentive to succeed.

Today there is a war for talent, it is costly to recruit (av. $25,000) and retain your team. Help your organisation stand out and be recognised for making a difference.
Motivate your team by recognising those individuals you know whose behaviours are making a difference.
